“blog archive” included in titles when linked to individual posts

I’m low on the code knowledge but I am having a similar problem.

When I go to an individual post page, or link to a post, I get this:

blog title>>Blog Archive>>post titleblogtagline (no space in between)

It’s a mess! I’m trying to link to myself on places like Facebook and it’s hard to even read the titles. Help!

Where do I go? Headers? Archives?

I’d like it to say: blog title>>post title. That’s it.
