Blog Archive in Trackback

When I did a trackback with WP the trackback appeared as
My Blog Name ?? Blog Archive ?? Title of my post

How can I get rid of the Blog Archive ??

Also it just showed the first line or two of my post

If I do a trackback using https://www.haloscan.com/members/tbping.php, https://kalsey.com/tools/trackback/ or https://www.reedmaniac.com/scripts/trackback_form.php I am asked for an excerpt.

Is there a way to get WP to do an automatic trackback, but allow me to specify the excerpt rather than just using the top line or two of my post?
