• Maybe you can help. Recently, I visited a friend and took him to my blog on his computer. He’s using IE exclusively, and won’t listen to reason about Firefox. I was shocked to see the blog all over the place—the letters were 60 pt. large, the right hand column links were on the left at the bottom, and when I tried to reduce the size of the page using View, the header got so small as to be unreadable. So what gives? I’ve talked to some more people who have trouble seeing my blog as it’s designed. Is this an IE problem? Is there something I can do with WP to make it work better?

  • More likely you have not coded you sight with IE in mind, and will be using CSS that IE can not understand.

Theres many ways to break IE with CSS, so there no simple answer really. Not untill you post a URL so ppl can look at the code at least…

    1. Don’t shout. Using upper ase is considered rude…
    2. (to Phunky) If ther is a link from the poster’s name, we consider that is the blog we have to look at.
    3. I did, but couldn’t find a button to kill the music, so ran away.

Yeah i did the same, all i got was FireFox Crashing after eating up 450mb of memory.

But from what i did see if was made in some form of Micro$haft product. Most likely Frontpage/Publisher

So…let me understand. It’s the CSS? That was downloaded off a WP site; should I try to contact the originator? The blog site is at https://www.dudleyclark.com/blog.

What should be the next step?

    Thanks

It could be the css. You could contact the theme author, but generally themes are released “as is”. If you have problems with a theme viewing the way you expect it to regardless the browser, it’s pretty much up to you to figure out how to fix it.
