• Hello.

I have been making changes to my default nosebleed theme and I have realised the alignment has come adrift. I have been swapping the .php files with the originals to try and find out what is causing the problem but no luck.

This is my blog – https://www.bluntedpresents.co.uk

If you look closely, the header has shifted over to the right a few pixels and the sidebar has shifted over to the right too.

I’m lost! Looking at an a blog with the original theme – https://oxfordvolleyball.co.uk/ you can see how it all lines up perfectly.

    Any help would be brilliant.

    Many thanks,

    Ssor

It’s worse in FireFox if that’s any help. Its a real pain as I’ve swapped out every file I edited for the orginal and the problem is still there!

To be honest, it looks fine both in IE and Firefox. If I were visiting your site, I would be paying attention to the content rather than the 4 pixels of space between columns.

If you are that obsessed, I’d save your custom theme, revert to the old one and copy and paste things very very slowly, bit by bit until finally you find the piece that causes the error.

Also, it could be a simple problem like closing tags or maybe setting a width for something. You might want to check your CSS also.

Cheers, managed to fix it in the end. It was some sloppy tables I created!
