blog address added on my link automatically

Hi,

I input < a href=”https://mylink.com”&gt; anchor< / a > (had to add spaces, otherwise becomes link)

when published, it becomes blog address \my link\

So if blog address is https://blogaddress.com/, the link become

https://blogaddress.com/\”https://mylink.com\”

If I publish it on https://blogaddress.com/page, the link becomes

https://blogaddress.com/page\”https://mylink.com\”

It keeps adding current page when it published in front of my link, therefore break the link

Please help
