the mobile usability cause all blogs down

    Hello @jfan524

The mobile usability test is likely failing because the robots from Google cannot hit the direct version of your site. I have looked at the headers of the requests made to your website and noticed that you’re running a caching system on the server side. The Google results are loading without the complete set of assets, so these two combined, definitely indicate a caching issue.

Probably the solution that you have, has blocked robots or something similar. It would be worth attempting a mobile test without this cache activated, as that will give you the true results.

Hope this points you in the right direction.

    Thanks.

I’ve disabled the cache, see how it works out, is it possibly because of Blocksy companion plug in problem?

    Hello @jfan524

I’m afraid to say that Google is still hitting a cached version of your website — https://ibb.co/XZK8Qm9 — so this hasn’t been disabled completely just yet.

The problem cannot be caused by the Companion plugin, as this isn’t the one responsible for serving the assets from your website.

Please get in touch with your hosting to fully disable this so we can continue our diagnosis. With this cache interfering, there’s not much that we can do from our end.

It either needs to be cleared out completely, or at least disabled for the purpose of diagnosing the error.

    Thanks.

I didn’t use any cache plugin or what, so I suppose it is cleared out completely. Did you run my blog posts? all mobile usability passed? Eduard, I’d appreciate all you prompt response!

    Hello @jfan524

The requests made by Google’s service clearly indicate a server side caching solution that might affect this. Check out the screenshot above. ??

Have you spoken with your hosting about this?

Yes, they said they’ve disabled cache totally, I can tell his not a pro like you…
is it anything to do with CSS?

dynamic css should be inline or file?

    Hello @jfan524

Alright, so we’re on the right track, but still not quite there yet.

We can see that some of the CSS has started to come through — https://ibb.co/g9BZ40N — but it’s definitely still missing critical parts.

This can still signify something that’s been cached by Google in a wrong way, or some SEO plugin that’s blocking the access to these vital resources.

We can see that if we load the site in Android and iOS, everything is perfect.

    iOS — https://ibb.co/KKCwMsV
    Android — https://ibb.co/sJqMH9R

Please wait one day, so that we make sure that Google’s cached content is cleared, then attempt the test again. It should work fine now.

    Thanks
