blocks WPBakery Page Builder editing “home/front” page

  • Hi Guys,

    I have a strange problem.

    When WC Fields Factory 4.1.5 is enabled, I can not edit my home/front page anymore with WPBakery Page Builder. Edit page screen simply does not load correctly/completely, no issues while editing other pages.

    Could you please advise how to troubleshoot and fix the problem?

    Hi, sorry for the late reply.

    If you have enabled fields on archive product pls disable and try it again, as this will cause some issue when using any page builder.

    Also I need the exception logs from the php error.log file, using that only we can come to know which hook caused the issue.

    Hi Sark,

    No worries, It’s not about editing products, but home/front page of my wordpress.

    Editing all products and other pages works fine as page builder loads up successfully.

    I have only 2 product fields and they are enabled on active products but based on categories / stock status rules.

    Btw, I enabled logging in php.ini and reload it webserver but nothing is showing up, not much interesting stuff going on in debug.log as well on WP side.
