    I recently changed to Neve. I’m designing my first pages and then I found out my blocks lose format when I published the page.
    When I click on preview, the page shows as desired, but when accessing it from the Home Page, it loses all format.
    I’ve checked the CSS and some parts of it seems to disappear in the liver version of the page.
    Very similar to what happened in this post:

    However, Otter is updated, as are all the plugins I’m using.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @mateithemeisle ,

    I am not sure I’ve understood correctly. I have added the two lines of code in Cyberduck according to your guidance but other than that I haven’t made any other changes. My assumption was that after adding the code and refreshing Cyberduck, the hardly coded URL in WordPress would change but it’s still grey.
    So what exactly do you mean by
    4) You can now save your changes and upload them back to your server. After that, visit your website to make sure that everything is working fine.
    How do I upload the new wp-config.php file on the website hosting?

    Thank you very much,

    Jana

    Hello @janijan7 ,

    We just need to make a few more adjustments and all should be over.

    1) https://vertis.d.pr/9H32m7 Delete what is in the red container
    2) Make sure that the single quotes in the below code are ‘and not `. Sometimes from copy pasting they change… this was a tricky one

    define( 'WP_HOME', 'https://janajandova.com' );
    define( 'WP_SITEURL', 'https://janajandova.com' );

    3) You need to go to Otter Settings and hit Regenerate CSS.

    And now we should be done.

    If it still didn’t work then it is a matter of detail. I would advise talking with the hosting provider and they will make the correct changes eliminating any space or faulty comma that might be present and ruin everything.

    I hope this helps and that your website will display as desired!

    Thank you and please let us know if the issue is now fixed!

    Hello @mateithemeisle ,

    thank you so much for your kind help and your patience in providing such detailed continuous guidance.
    The hardly coded URL in WordPress is still grey but the website is displayed in the same way as in the preview. Hurrah!
    Is there any potential issue I should be aware of when editing the website? (There are a few things to be added before publishing).

    Thank you so much,

    Jana
