Blocks Content Wizard – Permission Denied

  • We have installed boxer without (visible) issue. When editing a content block and clicking on the ‘Blocks Content Wizard’ button we get a new popup window with a permission denied message on blocks.php

    To be more specific:
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/plugins/boxer/framework/admin/blocks.php on this server.

    Having checked the files they all have the permissions (644). In the error log we are seeing:

    WordPress database error ALTER command denied to user ‘wordpress’@’localhost’ for table ‘wp_blc_links’

    We gave ALTER permission and the error was not appearing any more but it still doesn’t work… Any ideas?
