    I am trying to put a site in maintenance mode and redirect to a specific page of the site until it is ready. I found a plugin with a ton of great features to do this: CMP – Coming Soon & Maintenance Mode. The plugin has not had an effect on any pages once being turned on, however. I think the issue is most likely that I am using the BetterLinks plugin to handle all redirects for the site. I cannot deactivate that plugin because there are important rebranded links in use, but the site really needs to be in maintenance mode. I gave BetterLinks 5 stars because I think it has great features, but this is a real issue that I hope you can help me resolve.

    I hope you are doing well.

    I have checked this issue and tried to recreate the same on my end. But CMP – Coming Soon & Maintenance plugin works well on my end when BetterLinks is enabled.

    Are you using any external links with the BetterLinks Instant Redirect feature on any of your pages? Also, It would be helpful if you please share your Site Info from WP Admin -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info. It will help me to investigate this issue more closely.

    I don’t understand. Are you using the redirect feature of the CMP – Coming Soon & Maintenance Mode plugin? I don’t understand why you aren’t getting the same issue if you are. I have it set to redirect all pages to a specific page on the site, and nothing is happening. I’m thinking it has to be that BetterLinks is preventing the redirects from the CMP plugin.

    Nothing to worry about in site health. Only meaningful warning is that imagick is either not installed or disabled.

    Yes, I used the redirect feature of the CMP – Coming Soon & Maintenance Mode plugin. And I checked the redirection on Incognito or Private Window of my browser.

    It worked on all my pages and just went to an external link when I used external links with the BetterLinks Instant Redirect feature, which was expected.

    I apologize. I’m not sure if maybe this was a caching issue. Thank you for your help! It seems to have resolved itself.
