Blocking Virusdie’s IP address

    First, can I thank you for removing the false positive with VirusDie files. I appreciate it and I have been able to use my Malcare Free accounts well as my Pro ones.

    There is now a new issue in that Malcare has started blocking the Virusdie IP 194.58.115.144. I have bee able to whitelist them on the Pro account but not on the free.

    If you could globally whitelist this IP I would be very grateful. Thanks

    Sure. Thanks. Most of the sites I manage are affected. I had six emails from Virusdie today for six new sites on weekly scans.

    This one that is in my Pro account and I have not unblocked the IP yet:

    Here is the IP (194.58.115.144.) showing as blocked:

    I have removed my unique file ID

    Hi Aman, the problem disappeared after I posted this so I assumed someone had whitelisted the IP. I’m not sure how I can edit an old comment.
