Blocking users?

    There is an option to manage/add blocked users – attemps who use to use same login trying to get into site. However I am not able to add any blocked users – I only see empty table of blocked users (as none have been added) and then there is a button “Unblock User” – but I cannot find the option where to add such one.

  • Hi Filip,

    If you go to Last Logins -> Failed Logins then you can block those users. Just tick next to the username and hit Block Select Users.

    I have the same question about blocking users. I did what you suggested but when I look at the blocked user list is shows that it blocks the user and not the IP

    How do I block the IP? because if I block just the user then I am blocking all user names they are attempting with the same IP attached to each.
