    Hi,

I’m using UptimeRobot to monitor sites that also have ZeroSpam installed. A few times a day, I am notified that UptimeRobot has detected a 403 Forbidden error and after communicating with them, we have determined that the site is being blocked by ZeroSpaam. But not consistently, as the site is monitored every 5 minutes and most of these are not being blocked.

UptimeRobot uses dozens of servers and I have a list of all their IP addresses. I know I can add them to the whitelist but is this my best option? Also, I don’t see any of these IP addresses in ZeroSpam’s Blacklisted IPs or Spam Detections at the time of the notifications.

    Thanks.
