Blocking the Contact Form 7 plugin on mobile devices

    We use “All In One WP Security” (Version 5.3.1) and “Contact Form 7” (Version 5.9.6) plugins.

    Forms from “Contact Form 7” work on desktops and laptops, but not mobile phones and tablets. On mobile phones and tablets, the waiting animation just spins and nothing happens.

    After deactivating the “All In One WP Security” plugin, the problem disappeared. Maybe there are some settings in the “All In One WP Security” plugin, so that the “All In One WP Security” plugin and the “Contact Form 7” plugin work at the same time?

    Do you have the AIOS plugin disabled right now? I can see contact form is being submitted.

    Do you have WP Security > Firewall > WP REST API -> disallow unauthorised rest api enabled that feature if yes please disable contact form submit do not work if it is enabled.

    Do you have any cache plugin installed please try disable it as it is issue in mobile only.

    If still an issue try adding below constant in wp-config.php so it is due to AIOS firewall rule can be confirmed.

    Hi.

    The plugin was disabled at the time of your tests. It was not possible to leave clients the opportunity to write to us.

    Disabling “Disallow unauthorized REST requests” helped. At the moment, the plugin and forms are working at the same time.
