I’ve blocked 247 countries across all 4 of my websites added to CleanTalk excluding only the USA. I have Anti-spam and Security plugins installed and I’m using Wufoo.com and using their Javascript embed code. I’ve reached out to Wufoo and they are telling me that it’s manual spam and they can’t do anything about it. How can I block all country IPs except USA and still get spam? Here is the IP Lookup https://dig.whois.com.au/trace/172.56.28.39 where I received the spam. Please look at the traceroute as it stems from Europe and in particular France. So even if we block all countries IPs the spammers can still hijack USA IPs and continue to spam????? Please help me figure out what to do? Are you going to be supporting Wufoo????? Should I switch to another form builder that is more integrated with WordPress? I just enjoy using Wufoo. It makes making forms very easy and fun.

    Hello.

    Thank you for your request.

We have tested Wufoo Forms about 2 months ago and figured out that they use <iframe> for their forms. It makes impossible to catch spam.

Yes, please, look for any other forms that do not use <iframe>.

Also, please, tell us your website you use CleanTalk in and mark records of missed spam in your Anti-Spam Log.

    The guide is here: https://cleantalk.org/faq#feedback_spam

For each mark you get 1 bonus day to your subscription and we update our database and get feedback for analysis.

    Write back anytime.

    Best regards.
