Blocking some countries does not work

    Hello, I am trying to block:

    • Bangladesh – entered the country code BG into “Blacklist of country code or pattern” after comma,
    • Pakistan – entered the country code PK into “Blacklist of country code or pattern”

    but these do not work. I tested them with a VPN set to those countries and my resulting IP was indeed from those countries, and I still managed to visit my website.

    I can provide some proof like a video.

    Let me add more info. I am using “IP2Location” and “IP Location Block” providers. The Pakistani IP address was reported:

    • IP address : 175.110.108.9
    • IP2Location : PK
    • IP Location Block : PK

    But I can still access the website from that IP address.

    The Bangladesh IP address was reported:

    • IP address : 36.50.238.4
    • IP2Location : SG
    • IP Location Block : n/a

    even though I added “SG” to my blocking list, I can still access the website from this IP address.

    This issue was fixed with database updates.
