I have recently installed wordfence as over Christmas my site has been bombarded with spam user registrations (over 200+ a day). I am happy with the firewall protection it has now given but it has now stopped allowing access for my existing users who are trying to login via the default registration page that comes with an LMS plugin (sensei). When someone puts in the correct details the forms just errors stating the details are correct. But if the user uses the default WordPress login forms then the details work

Is there a way to allow the access via these forms? I tried to put the url in the allow list but it didnt work. Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @andyking279

Can you disable our CAPTCHA test on the Login Security >> Settings page and then see if the problem is fixed on your LMS login page please.

Hi @wfphil I have tried that, it does work but we then get consistently spanned by new user registrations by bots.

    Hi @andyking279

    Thank you for the update.

Our CAPTCHA documentation states that it may not work on the custom login and registration pages or forms generated by a theme or other plugins as it is only designed to work on the default login and registration pages for WordPress plus the default login and registration page for WooCommerce (we provide comaptibility for this plugin as they have over 5 million users).

If it works on the default registration page for WordPress but not your custom registration page then it means that it is not compatible and you will need to ask the LMS plugin author for assistance with adding a CAPTCHA test to their form.
