Blocking PDF Sample

  • I’m using BuddyBoss platform. She have an feature to upload documents. After upload a PDF file she transform the first page of PDF in to an image that are shown in the front end. ITheme is blocking this process. The file is uploaded but the image isn’t generated. What setting should I modify to avoide this issue? Thanks
