  • Hi,
Why you think Wordfence is blocking your slider files on CDN? did you get any message stating that this JS file access was blocked by Firewall?

Generally, you can whitelist your CDN IPs from (Wordfence > Options => Others => “Whitelisted IP addresses that bypass all rules“)

    Thanks.

Hi Thanks for your response. Well when I deactivate the plugin I don’t have any issues.

I mean it could be a JS conflict or something else, did you try whitelisting your CDN IPs as mentioned in my previous reply?

Also, try turning off “Monitor Background Requests for False Positives” for the “Front end”, you can find this option under (Wordfecne > Firewall => Whitelisted URLs).

Finally, on the page where you experience the slider not working properly, open the “Browser Console” and watch for any JS errors there.

    Thanks.
