Blocking Googlebot

Just thought you should know: on Sept. 22 our site wpgarage.com stopped allowing Googlebot to crawl the site and the number of crawl errors registered in Webmaster Tools grew every day. The robots.txt was fine, and we couldn’t find any other cause for this. Strangely, when I entered the site into https://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ it said the site was down, even though we could see the site!

I finally found the culprit: this plugin. I deactivated it and now the site is crawlable by Google. I don’t know why your plugin was blocking Google, but I thought you should know.
