Blocking email on registering

Hi, Good Day,

I am following the step given at Block Email address on Registration – Ultimate Member. But when tested on my website, it didn’t block the email as listing in the “Restricted content/other” > “Blocked email address”. Not sure why it didn’t block the email address? Appreciated your help. THank you
