I installed awesome support for ticket generation.

But it is blocking my all email delivery system.

    How can I solve it?

    Hi:

Can you please clarify what you mean by “blocking all email delivery system”? We only sends email using your standard email mechanism. So I don’t see how it can be blocking all your other emails from going out. I suspect you mean something different though so a little bit more explanation as to what you mean would help clarify things.

    Thanks!

    Thank you for your reply.

It is solved now. Actually the email delivery is blocked because of the sender email. I have used a different email in the sender email and it was blocked the all other email delivery from my website. Now it is ok.

Now I am facing another problem. The problem is… I am only getting the email notification for the first time when someone opening a new ticket, but when the ticket status changed customer not getting the notification as the ticket status is changed.

Can you please help me out from this problem?

    Hi:

To trouble-shoot email delivery issues you should install a plugin that logs email activity on WordPress. An example is the POST SMTP plugin or, if you can do it, set up an account on MAILGUN or SENDGRID and use their plugins.

This will allow you to see if an email is being generated and not being delivered or if the email is simply not being generated at all.

    Thanks.

I am already using post smtp plugin and I see the email log.

Actually the email not being generated at all. How Can I fixed it?

I want my customers will get emails when the ticket status will be changed and admin also will be notified.

What to do for getting/ generating email notification on the ticket status changed.

    Hi:

So, When the ticket is new the email goes out? But if the agent replies to the ticket and the status changes to inprogress the email is not generated? Are all the templates under tickets-.settings->emails enabled?

    Thanks.
