    One thing first…did you read the sticky post at the top of the Support Forum here? FAQ’s & Troubleshooting – **Please Read First**

    It’s not physically possible for a plugin to block spam when it’s uninstalled….that’s just not how it works. If things are being blocked when it’s no longer installed, that’s a clear indicator that something else is likely causing the blocked comments, and you may have some other issues going on.

    Please take a few minutes to work through the FAQ’s and Troubleshooting Guide first to make sure there are no conflicts or issues on your end.

    99.9% of the time I get support requests that say it’s blocking all comments like this are because people haven’t taken a few minutes to work through these first, so that’s very important to do. The plugin doesn’t just block indiscriminately…this only happens if something is preventing it from working, ie plugin conflict, server configuration error, etc.

    If working through the FAQ’s and Troubleshooting Guide doesn’t fix the issue for you, please fill out a support request, and we will be happy to help you fix things…it will require some info about your site (including plugins), which is why the support form is necessary. It will also allow you to email us directly and we can get things done pretty quickly.
