Blocking button no longer works – can’t click it

I can no longer block anyone in BLOCKING OPTIONS. Is there no fix for this? The button is grayed out an un-clickable. So the product is useless unless there is a fix.

Could you provide a screenshot of what is happening on your blocking page?

Also if you could report any browser console errors you might be seeing, that might help us figure out what is happening.

I deactivated and deleted the defective wordfence installation, reinstalled but it still has the same problem, the BLOCK button does not work. There are no javascript errors in the console, this is unfixable for me. And obviously for you experts too.

This is comical, you guys are supposed to be security “experts” but you don’t even knew how to fix your own bugs. Now I think this plugin is the actual cause for increase spammer users.

I am sure this issue is resolvable and can be fixed. I asked you to provide me some additional information for me to troubleshoot your issue. How are those screenshots coming along?

Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

There is nothing that I cannot fix.
