Blocking Auth Request

    Hi, Wordfence is blocking authorization request from our shipping provider.

    Whenever we try to integrate it, it shows “403 Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access this resource.”

    I tried after disabling Wordfence, it works well but not working even in learning mode.

    Any help will be highly appreciated. Have already send email via report.

    Hi @mmkurhade, thanks for getting in touch.

    If Learning Mode isn’t working, I suggest looking in your Live Traffic to see if you can find blocks matching the timestamps your site blocked requests from your shipping provider. Click on the entry or eye icon to expand it and see if you are presented with an “ADD PARAM TO FIREWALL ALLOWLIST” button. Clicking this should allow the blocked action(s) in future.

    There can be complications if the request contains a different ID in the querystring or URL path string every time it contacts your site. Let me know if the above approach doesn’t work, and I’ll take a look at whether everything you’re running is compatible from the diagnostic you’ve already sent.
