Blocking API Access – Connecting WC > Printful

    Hi,

    I am trying to connect WooCommerce to my Printful account.

    WHen I click the connect button in the Printful plugin I am redirected to the permissions/access page and I click ‘Approve’.

    My Printful dashboard opens and displays the following error: “Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access”

    Printful support say the server is blocking access but my hosting support say there are no issues on their end. I have contacted cloudflare support but no answer yet.

    I have ruled out plugin conflict by disabling all my other plugins.

    I’m at a loss and really need to connect my store. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    The error you’re seeing usually means that something on your server’s side is creating connection issues. It can either be an unsupported plugin, server issues or a variety of other problems.
    If your hosting provider does not see what the issue could be, we can also take a look at your server logs – maybe our developers can spot the issue!
