Blocking an ip gives An error occurred

    Have you added any new plugins? We’ve seen some incompatibility with other plugins that are not fully updated for the latest version of WordPress causing settings to not be saved, i.e. an Error Occurred. One suggestion is to disable all 3rd party plugins except Wordfence and try to save an IP address. If it blocks, then add plugins back until you find the plugin causing the issue.
