Blocking All Checkouts

Reproduced in Safari 8.0.2 while logged in and Chrome Incognito 39.0.2171.95 while logged out at https://sarahwallinhuff.com/index-of-available-works-by-instrumentation/
Running WordPress 4.0.1, with EDD 2.2.2 and EDD – Prevent EU Checkout 1.0 and the basic PayPal gateway.
