    Hey there,

I hate not being nice but this is really really seriously starting to piss me off. I have contacted Siteground support a few times already as well about this issue and it just keeps returning.. And has most likely already made me lose so many bookings = money.

For whatever reason the cache seems to completely screw over my availability search form. Returning a 404 in the console. It’s been doing so for a looong time now. At first they thought it was cloudflare, so I made some changes there which seem to solve the issue. Then the issue returned, contacted again. Still cloudflare, so I completely disabled cloudflare. Issue solved, and issue returned. Then it was because of minification within the SG optimizer. Disabled all minification, issue solved. Yet here we are again a months later issue returned (And probably has been around for a few weeks already costing me who knows how many bookings). The only thing that seems to help is to purge the cache every day single day… This is not a solution. I really hope, someone can help me solve this thing once and for all, because I am sick and tired of this. And I hate to be unpleasant but this is just really starting to get to me….

    Thanks for reading me,

    Stan

    Hello @stanvdb,

Although all your frontend optimizations are disabled, I was not able to replicate the mentioned response code during my tests. Since the issue seems intermittent, please submit a new support ticket in your Client Area at Siteground, so we can monitor the case and to further investigate the problem on our end.

    Regards,
    Vladimir

    Hey @vtrandev,

Thank you for your reply, it will most likely take 24 hours before it happens again because I emptied the cache this morning. And I disabled everything afterwards to see if I can stop this from happening because I am really losing business because of this.. If tomorrow morning things still work I will re enable just the caching settings. Because the front end optimizations were all disabled already when the error occurred yet again. And wait for the error to pop up again. I shall then open another ticket I guess..

Thanks Vladimir, have a good day.

    Hey @vtrandev,

Small update, it’s been over 48 hours now and the issue seems to be gone.. But with every caching option disabled. What should I do? Open a ticket? Or move to a different caching plugin ? I would prefer to use SG optimizer being hosted by you guys and all..
Looking forward to hear from you,

    Stan

    Hello again,

I would recommend you to try tweaking the frontend optimization/caching options in our plugin and to check if there will be any difference:

    https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/sg-optimizer/frontend-optimization/

If this is the case, you can leave the particular setting disabled and still benefit from the rest of the features offered by our plugin.

However, if the issue persists, please do not hesitate to open a support ticket at Siteground.
