  • Hi Fabiancho,
If Wordfence blocked you for any reason from accessing the admin page, it will display a message indicating the reason for being locked out and explaining how to unlock access to this page.

Did you get any message related to Wordfence on the admin page? or you just got a blank white page?

I assume you followed this guide to get access back to your admin page, but I’m not sure if you disabled only WAF feature, or deactivated the whole plugin.

Please let me know more details about this issue.
    Thanks.

Unfortunately not, I got error message disabled. I did delete plugin until further information appears. thanks

So, you just got a white screen with the word “Disabled” written there?
This can’t be Wordfence block, do you have any other plugin installed related to wp-admin area?

I would suggest disabling all your other plugins, and re-activate Wordfence plugin again and re-check this issue.

If this happened again, please take a screenshot of the error message you get and include it with your reply, then install “Wordfence Assistance” plugin to disable WAF as described here at the end of the article.

    Keep me updated,
    Thanks.
