Blocked users with large number of clicks (and self block)

    I installed yesterday the AdSense Click Fraud Monitoring on my website, https://www.pcsteps.gr

    I noticed today that about 28 users were blocked, but many of them had more clicks than the limit, 3, 4, 5, even 13 for one user.

    I also noticed something else strange. I haven’t blocked my personal IP, because I want to see if the ads are working and what kind of ads I am getting. I am extra careful to never click on my own ads.

    However, as I was browsing my site, I suddenly saw all the protected ads dissapear. I saw my IP among the blocked users with three supposed clicks, the last of which was on a page I visited hours ago – and where I positively didn’t click on any ads.

    Why could this be happening? If there was a mistake on my ip, could it be that the other users are mistakenly blocked too?
