    Hi Rob,
    I don’t really understand what is your issue, since this plugins works only with .htaccess when apache webserver is being used, or if other webserver is used, this plugin blocks the connection even before W3 Total Cache can cache any request.

    If the above explanation didn’t make sense for you, please, give more details in order to investigate further.

    Yeah I’m not sure of the issue either, other than visitors are seeing the “Blocked – Stop Spamming” page on their first visit somehow. Using LAMP Apache with .htaccess file and W3 Total Cache. It seems like the page is being cached when 1 person eventually gets blocked, or W3TC requests when building the cache is being blocked itself, and then everyone sees it after that forever, until I clear or disable the page cache in W3TC.
