Blocked sendings because customer black listed email

Hi, I received an order from a cuestomer that had the domain of the email Black listed and when the shop tried to send him the “Processing” and “Completed” email, all the rest of my email sendings from the remitent email were blocked, the automatic emails from de the store and the manual from the client.
Can you help me please?
