Blocked Rest API for security reason

    Hello,

    I have a customer which is using a plugin that blocks any request to the rest api. Now I noticed that CF7 does not submit any form when that api is blocked. The wheel just keeps spinning.

    I don’t really want to not block the rest api due to security issues. Is there a possibility to block the whole rest api but somehow whitelist the CF7 plugin?

    I found older threads of this topic which are closed unsolved. So I hope that there is a playaround nowadays.
