• Resolved reinglish

    This is for my company’s website, so I need this resolved so soon it hurts. I’m expected to make our site live in a couple weeks.

    is our site as of now; then under reports, (here), a person who is not logged in should be blocked upon clicking this link to see the private catalog of reports. [its practically empty right now, otherwise i wouldnt post this].

    I’ve never changed anything in terms of how my WP-Members plugin was set up since it had been functional. ‘Show excerpts’ is not enabled. I deleted any new plugins from the past 2+weeks.

    Very frustrated because it was working beautifully not long ago. Love this plugin.

    You are using a page builder plugin on your site.

    You mentioned that things were working before but know they are not. I would say that if it was working before, it would have had to have been before you installed or started using the page builder. These page builder plugins until recently haven’t been directly compatible with WP-Members.

    The most recent update to the plugin (3.0.4) actually changed the priority of WP-Members use of the the_content filter to much later in order to accommodate these plugins, which often also use this filter. Moving the filter priority for WP-Members was done to expand compatibility so that we are filtering hopefully later than the builder.

    That does not guarantee 100% compatibility (using them on posts instead of pages for example may still run into some issues). But if you are using these on pages, the newest version should work better.

    Oh okay. I really enjoy both plugins, so I ultimately have to make a choice. However, I do appreciate your detailed reply. It definitely cleared up the confusion and gives me an adequate response to my manager as to why this had occurred. Thank you for the link!
