Blocked page content showing in editor, but not visible to users

For some reason, the page content that is showing when in editing mode is no longer displayed when logged-in users go to that page. It was working fine a few days ago. The page is blocked. It parent page is Members Only. And it’s set for Default template. It has the same Page Restriction adn Page Attributes as the other 2 pages under Members Only. I can’t figure out why the page content of “Digital Library” won’t show to logged in users; all they see is the text “Downloads”.
