• I had the same problem as azlivin008. Blocked access to entire admin area until I deleted plugin folder via FTP.

    This was probably to do with the IP service. To reset all you have to do is go into the database, open table wp_options find row with option_name = “admin_block_country_list” and remove the option_value. I did have these instructions in the support forum. I can’t provide a service to service every single IP address, no one can, everyday there are new addresses that come out, thats why I provide new services when I am aware of them.
