Blocked Header

Hello,

I have a problem with the header of my website. It appers to be blocked – I can’t delete it ( I can only change it with the individual page header option), but even if no header is selected, the original one still shows up.

Also, I can’t use the individual header option for my blog page – the header doesn’t show up after updating the picture, and I would like to set one for this page.
