Blocked Group of Users

    Hi,

    If user has no any capabilities in his role, even if you select ‘No Role for this site’ for him, this just block his access to the WP admin dashboard. Such User still may login and logout.

    There is a need in some additional coding to achieve your purpose. There is plugin which could block user account

    It was not updated a long time and I don’t know is it works with the latest WP version. But try, or take idea from its code.
