Hi,
Probably it is because they use one (or more) bot and our plugin is blocking it.
They should tell you the name of their bots because they built their stuff. I don’t know their names.
If not, follow these suggestions:
Try to load your plugin/service with problems.
After that, open the page Bad Bots Table (under Stop Bad Bots Menu) and take a look at Default Bad Bots List. (Dashboard => Stop Bad Bots => Bad Bots Table). Look also the Bad IP table.
You can see how many times each bot was blocked at the column Num Blocked. Click the title (Num Blocked) to order by.
You can also receive emails to help you. Just go to the Notifications Tab and check yes.
Dashboard => Stop Bad Bots => Settings => Notifications Tab.
Then, check your email for the “String Found:” or IP BLocked.
Check also your spam folder.
Then, you can disable that bot at bots table or IP table.
(Dashboard => Stop Bad Bots => Bad Bots Table or Bad Ips Table)
We have also the test mode available:
Dashboard => Stop Bad Bots => Settings => General Settings
Mark Test Mode and SAVE CHANGES.
