blocked for UA/Referrer/IP Range not allowed

I am being bombarded with hits from an IP for 2 days now.
Live Traffic: blocked for UA/Referrer/IP Range not allowed.
I blocked the IP, and using the Advanced Blocking, also blocked the IP address range and host name.
Is there anything else I can do?
