Blocked for spam

  • This plugin works and it works well. The problem is that it doesn’t prevent sending messages to recipients that have previously hard-bounced. This caused significant issues with my hosting company since it violated their terms and conditions. I contacted the plugin developer and they said that the functionality I needed was a “feature” that was only available in their paid plugin. I’d recommend this plugin if you have a way to manually manage email subscribers but if you have too many to do manually, you should find another plugin. I would say the omission of this functionality is a deficiency and should not be a paid feature.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    We can understand how critical it is to manage bounced emails. And there should be an easy way to manage it.

    We have to do lots of work to manage the bounced emails and that’s why it’s a paid feature. We are working on it and will be available soon.

    There are lots of other features which we have provided in the free plan. And we are sure that people are getting value out of it.
