    Hello,

I have a big troubles with this plugin. My ip is in whitelist, but when I try to change theme’s options, I get the message: ‘403 Forbidden. A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site, and has been blocked by Wordfence. If you are an administrator and you are certain this is a false positive, you can automatically whitelist this request and repeat the same action.’

After I select and use ‘ I am certain this is a false positive. ‘ button, I get the message ‘All set! You can refresh the page to try this action again.’

But after refresh I had the same problem, nothing is changed, I still can’t change my theme’s options.

There is nothing in blocked or blocked by firewall area. Just nothing.
And I can’t switch firewall to learning mode. Even after save, enabled and protected mode is activated anyway.

As I said above, my ip is in whitelist but Wordfence shows 224 blocked attack from my ip. But blocked and blocked area are clear. It’s just funny )))

But the most stupid things is that the same shit happens even the plugin is deactivated

  • Hello @merkucio
It sounds like there are many problems here you mentioned, but let’s start with the last one, you mean even when Wordfence plugin is deactivated you still get the firewall popup window? if so, that’s very strange, the firewall should be deactivated as well when the plugin is disabled, may I ask if you have any caching plugin installed? if so, which one?

Also, on the Firewall Options page, please check the browser console and let me know if you can see any JS error message showing there.

    Thanks.
