Blocked by accident.

Hello,

I just switched to Limit Login Attempt Reloaded from Limit Login Attempt. Both plugins seemed to have similar settings so I set Limit Login Attempt Reloaded to the same settings I had before. I specifically set the plugin for 4 attempts before 1 lockout but as I tested it by entering an incorrect password it locked me out on the very first attempt. Again my settings were for the first lockout to happen after 4 incorrect tries and last 7200 minutes (5 days), and the following lockout to last for 720 hours (30 days).

Is there a way I can unlock myself and regain access to my WordPress site or will I be forced to wait for 30 days before I can access it again?

Also, I tried to find a user guide on the plugin’s webpage but couldn’t find one. Is there a user guide available?

Last but not least I would like to whitelist my own IP address so I am no longer susceptible to lockouts like the one I am experiencing now. How can I add my own IP address so I am able to access the site without the risk of becoming locked again?
