Block width problem

I have added a block or two using this plugin. The block width adjustment goes from center align to full width, even when the icons do not reflect. When clicking on the width icon it shows the center aligned icon on the toolbar with full width being the only option. After switching to full width, when I click on the toolbar icon, it shows full width icon on the toolbar and the dropdown. There is no way to go to wide width. Is that intentional?
