Block Vimeo Cookies

Hello,
I use Smart Slider 3 for a carousel with images and Vimeo videos.
My website needs to be GDPR compliant but there is no way to block Vimeo cookies.
Is there a way to add the “dnt” parameter and set it to true to disable the tracking, as shown in the Vimeo ducumentation here ? https://vimeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001494447-Using-Player-Parameters
Or is there any other way to block the Vimeo cookies ?
