What URL are you trying to block? You can create a Custom Pattern for this. If you share the URL I can provide the format to do so.

@wfgerald, unfortunately, I don’t have any IP address associated with that specific URL. It was URL associated with our own website /fm.php. So we have added URL in the auto-block list for now.
