Block Submissions from E-Mail Address

I am receiving several spam e-mails from “different” people who are using a spoofed e-mail address ([email protected]) and an IP address (5.188.211.72). How do I block IPs in the plug-in? I tried reading about it in the documentation for the plug-in (https://web-dorado.com/wordpress-form-maker/blocking-ips.html) but the page gives a 404 error. Help! I’m getting spam messages on a regular basis.
