    How do I make customer orders reach sellers via the WooCommerce application?

    I understand that you have a multi-vendor setup on your site and you would like to know how can your customers reach out to your sellers via WooCommerce, correct?

    As a first step, can you please share with us how you created a multi-vendor setup on your site as this is not part of the core functions of WooCommerce?

    If this was added via a third-party plugin, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
