• Hello, I recently encountered this kind of spam, as shown in the example. IP changes every time, only “okhttp/2.5.0” remains unchanged. How it is possible to block such requests?

    bad request example:
    IP – – [22/Aug/2019:04:06:24 +0300] “GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.0” 200 2763 “-” “okhttp/2.5.0”

  • ask your web host to blacklist that specific ip address from visiting your website

    Yes, I myself can block it, but the ip change every time. This is not such a simple spam attack. Plus, often IPs are in my country. That is, I can safely block some countries. But not all.
